Studio Guidance

Our bright studio features a clean, minimalist design, bamboo floors and good vibes.

At One Yoga for All, we ask everyone to practice mindfulness, respect for themselves,
others and the cOMmUNITY space.
We are committed to prioritizing the safety, Yoga & Wellness experience of everyONE foremost, and require our guidance be adhere to, throughout the journey with us.

As of January 2nd, 2023 everyONE is serviced in our studio.

Everyone's health continues to be our priority. Therefore, we continue the pandemic screening via sign up, and ask that if you're not feeling well, please stay home.
The unvaccinated, require a mask at all times.
The vaccinated, may choose to practice without a mask upon providing proof of vaccination.

We are a reservation only studio. No walk-ins until further notice.

Reserving online facilitates the pandemic screening as well as a contactless and smooth check in.
Reserving also facilitates:
1. Onboarding: As we have requirements for check in e.g a Liability Waiver must be filled out prior to starting your practice with us.
2. Notifications: receiving announcements when needed e.g. reschedules, weather advisories.

Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee service.

We reserve the right to remove offerings without reservations.

Plan to arrive early

We're blocks away from public transportation. Parking is accessible and included on the same block in the private parking lot, for up to three hours while visiting our studio and/ or any of the businesses in the shopping center. We are not responsible for towing fees beyond the allotted three hours or if you choose to walk over to businesses outside this shopping center.
Please plan to arrive to offerings early as the studio's door is locked at all offerings' starting time.
No late entry allowed. Please do not knock, the door shall remain closed.

Liability Waiver

A Liability Waiver must be reviewed and signed prior to starting your practice with us.
It is important that everyone reviews this additional guidance mindfully.
No one is permitted in person without a Liability Waiver.

Bring Your Own Mat

Must bring your own mat.
Other props e.g. blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, meditation cushions... are available for our cOMmUNITY, but you may also bring your own, if you so desire.

Offerings are adults only.

Except Family Flow, Kids' Series or when explicitly stated on offering description.
Kids ages 15-17 may attend adult classes with their parents and/or guardians, provided Liability Waiver has been reviewed and signed

Shoe free zone.

Please remove your shoes upon entering our studio on the gray rug.
Shoes are only allowed on the rug as you take off and put them back on, to enter and exit the studio.
You may leave your shoes on a shelf with your belongings.

Store your belongings.

You may place your belongings on available shelves and/or hang them on the wall during offerings.
Please take your belongings with you when leaving our studio.
We are not responsible for lost items.

Electronics

Please turn your phones, tablets and watches off (their ringer/sound/vibration should be off while inside our studio).
Phone conversations are not allowed in the studio.

Silent practice

Yoga is an internal journey.
We ask that you refrain from talking during our group offerings to keep the attention inward as well as to not distract the rest of the cOMmUNITY.
Talking is encouraged before and after our offerings.

Cleanliness / Saucha

Studio is disinfected as per CDC and DOH. Additionally, floor swiffered after every offering.

Cancellation / No show

We don't provide refunds and our Shop sales are final.
You may reschedule/cancel group offerings up to two hours before they start.
One on Ones, personalized sessions require 24 hour notice.
Memberships and packages are charged for no shows.

Extensions

Extensions are only in case of illness/injury and must provide doctor's note.
All of our Memberships provide discounts with an expiration date.
We recommend everyone check their schedule before committing to a Membership/Package. Vacations and work schedules are Members' responsibility.
It is the Member's responsibility to track their Membership and expirations dates. We recommend everyone create an account upon making their first reservation with us.

Self Service

Our site and systems facilitate a holistic self service to our cOMmUNITY members e.g. reservations, rescheduling, tracking memberships.
That said, it is not without limitations, therefore, we have Luna, our Virtual Assistant to help via email with any concerns and or questions. Please reach out to us.
Gentle reminder:
Members are responsible for abiding by our guidance and tracking their Memberships.
Reschedules may be requested via email and shall be honored when received two hours prior to the offering starting time.

As a Small Business focused on Yoga, Wellness & cOMmUNITY, we don't lead with the proven problematic, 100yo philosophy originating in a department store, that the "customer is always right". This philosophy was never meant to be taken literally, but rather it prompted the retail industry to cultivate the empathy necessary to listen to and better service customers.
We believe in and lead with a mutual respect practice throughout this journey towards evolvement, Yoga, prioritizing our cOMmUNITY members, always.
